Professional Financial Consultant

My philosophy
is to meet my clients where they are. Ultimately everyone is not in the same place, so custom tailoring is needed to create a financial plan to fit your unique situation. It is important to help each individual where they are and help them develop a well grounded financial plan. This customized planning process is what sets Roller Wealth Management apart from the industry.

My mission is to take you from where you are, to where you want to be, when you want to be there.

All too often people live their lives reacting to short term obstacles instead of being proactive. I help align my clients’ finances with their goals and priorities, moving them away from the “rat race” and toward financial freedom. Financial freedom seems so far for most, mainly because they have never taken the time to figure out where they want to be. Because of this, they work towards more "stuff" and often times neglect the things that really matter.

"Preserve the Harvest"

You will see this repeatedly through communications.  I chose this phrase because I believe it is catchy.  Also, it has numerous meanings and thoughts I want to come to the front of your mind when you hear it.  I grew up in rural Indiana and my first job was helping out in the heat of July baling straw.  I learned early life lessons of putting a little savings away from the "harvest."  An early understanding of delayed gratification goes a long way to growing wealth.  It is important for clients to understand that, but it is equally important for their advisers to be crystal clear on what this nest egg represents: a lifetime of hard work and delayed gratification.  I get it, and want you to know that I get it.

Additionally, it has symbolic meaning to me.  As a Christian, I am a believer that someday there will be a Harvest of our souls.  I believe we need to have an eternal perspective with our wealth.  As a friend once told me, "True wealth is everything that money cannot buy and death cannot take away."  As important as it is to be good stewards with what we have been given, it is equally important to understand that we cannot take it with us.  I say this because we ALL leave a legacy behind.  As I come along side you and help you pursue your goals, I hope your goals are aligned with an eternal perspective and you will someday hear "well done good and faithful servant."
